When will I receive my refund?

Your eligibility for a refund is determined by our Refund Policy, which you accepted during sign-up.

Once your refund is approved, it typically takes us up to 3 business days to process it. While most refunds appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing times.

For refunds involving currency conversion:

  • Exchange rates are set by your bank or card issuer.
  • Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank are not refundable.
  • Separate currency conversion charges may appear on your statement.

Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method used during sign-up. If your card has expired or been blocked, your financial institution should still process the refund and credit the amount to your account.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days (which is rare), we recommend contacting your bank directly with the transaction details for further assistance.
