Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms & Conditions you accepted when signing up for Brainify services.

For your convenience, here’s an overview:

Trial Period Refunds ($0.99)

You may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You are a first-time trial user.
  • You have not received any previous trial refunds.
  • There are no violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Your request is submitted through official channels.

Regular Subscription Refunds

Refunds for regular subscriptions are not available, except in specific cases:

  • Service Unavailability:
    • Documented downtime lasting more than 24 consecutive hours.
    • Not caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
  • Technical Issues:
    • Verified platform bugs preventing access to core features.
    • Issues must be reported within 30 days of the charge.
  • Billing Errors:
    • Duplicate charges.
    • Incorrect amounts charged.
    • Unauthorized transactions.
  • Legal Requirements:
    • As required by applicable laws in your region.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial or unused subscription periods after cancellation.
  • Plan downgrades.
  • Feature unavailability during maintenance.
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email help@getbrainify.com with the following information:

  • The email address linked to your account.
  • Transaction details.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • Any supporting documentation.

Refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Currency Processing

  • Supported Currencies:
    Payments are processed in local currency for:
    • United States (USD)
    • European Union (EUR)
    • United Kingdom (GBP)
    • Canada (CAD)
    • Australia (AUD)

For other regions, charges are processed in USD.

  • Currency Conversion:
    • Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.
    • Currency conversion fees applied by your bank are not refundable.
    • You may see additional currency conversion charges on your bank statement.

While Brainify does not charge additional fees for currency conversion, your financial institution may apply its own fees. Please contact your bank for more information.
